Within our annual Festive Family Market lies ‘The Santa Experience’ our secret grotto filled with magic, where you can meet Santa Claus and his elves. Each booking provides 1 child with a range of activities, a trip down the glistening tunnel, an interaction with the main man himself and a gift upon exit.

The booking time chosen is an arrival time only, so please arrive anytime in-between the slot chosen. For example, if you choose the 10.30-11.00 slot, you can still arrive at 10.55. There will still be wait times when within the experience, as one man can only do so much. Please enjoy the activities with our elves whilst you wait and try to be patient.

This year will also have a one way system, so please do not leave valuables within pushchairs as you will have to come back for pushchairs them after your experience.

*IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER* This is an optional element of the market, entry into the market is still expected to be paid at the entrance to The Chocolate Factory. Each booking made for Santa does NOT include entry into the event as a whole.
